back While in Israel I had the opportunity to visit the Israel Museum and the Dead Sea Scrolls. I also happened to have a connection to the San Diego Natural History Museum from the time I taught at Harborside. This summer, it is coming together as I was selected to teach the Science of the Dead Sea Scrolls as well as the archeology at the SDNHM. I am teaching several camp courses for middle school - high school students on the Dead Sea Scrolls this summer that will be on display June 29-December 31. I will also be a visitor associate. There will many guest lectures for adults as well. Learn more with this video and other resources. My hope is we could take our students this coming fall for this unique once in a life time opportunity. Although the scrolls are on display in Jerusalem, many other associated documents are not but will be on display here in San Diego. Reserve tickets for yourself and family!
