back PURIM IS COMING - SPIRIT DAYS AT CHA Purim is coming up this friday when everyone at CHA will celebrate the holiday of purim together with many festivities including a school-wide purim festive lunch meal on Friday, March 21st. We are pleased to offer this festive meal at no charge to our wonderful students. If parents wish to join us in the celebration please rsvp with La Vonne by Wednesday at a nominal fee of four dollars per adult. Rabbi Dinerman is coordinating our PURIM day festivities for the entire Elementary School. Don't forget to purchase your Shalach Manos to be given on Purim! This Weeks Spirit Days: Monday March 17th Class Color Day Tuesday March 18th Topsey Turvey Backwards Day Friday March 21st PURIM is Costume Day, Noon Dismissal, and festive meal for entire school*. We have seen hilarious hats, wacky socks and silly shoes over the past weeks. You may have witnessed joyous parades of singing and dancing around campus as our students have ushered in the month of PURIM! It has been a beautiful demonstration of our school spirit and a testimony to the celebration of community that we enjoy here at CHA! Hilarious Hat Day's 1st Place Winner, was McKenna Hendricks. UPCOMING EVENTS PURIM FUN FOR ALL *Thursday Night, March 20, 7:30 PM in CHA Auditorium Purim Bash With Costumes, Megilah Reading, Food, Little Kids Fun & we are bringing the National Comedy Theatre which is interactive & fun for kids and adults ages 8 and up. There is no cost for this event. *Friday Evening, March 21, 6:00 PM in CHA Auditorium Megilah Reading followed by Shabbat Family Dinner with crazy, exciting Purim flavor. There will be a Great Kids Program (& Great Adult Program!) The cost is $36/family.
