- Schedule a tour!
- Apply online www.chasd.org/apply
- Send in a non-refundable application fee of $600 for each applicant. The application fee is refundable ONLY if your child is not admitted by the school.
- Setup a FACTS account: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/48JJS
- Copies of report cards for the past two years when applicable
- Request to forward School Records Form View/Download PDF (please fill out top portion)
- Teacher Questionnaire – Pre-K Questionnaire – Grades 1-8 Questionnaire – (Please give it to your child’s current teacher)
Campus Visit
Visiting our campus is a great way to get an idea of what exciting things go on every day at CHA. Please call the office to schedule an appointment or email us at admissions@chasd.org
Screening / Interview
All applicants are required to have an informal interview with the teacher in person or via zoom. Kindergarten applicants are required to have a screening where the teacher observes their fine and gross motor skills as well as socialization skills. Applicants 1st – 8th are required to attend a visit day where they will be assessed in individual and group settings.
Admissions Decisions Committee
Each applicant’s file is assessed for acceptance by an Admissions Committee made up of educators and administrators.
Financial Aid
Tuition support is available. Please check the appropriate box on the application to receive financial aid information. Tuition assistance is based on eligibility, need, and the school’s available funds.
